Adults Only(AGES 15+)
With a lot of focus on movement and
technique, adult class students will learn the meat of Capoeira and be able to
progress as quickly as they desire. The pace of our adult class provides a great
muscular and cardiovascular workout while having a great time! The diversity of
movement works all the major muscle groups in the body, and Capoeira’s
ever-moving stance provides an aerobic workout that strengthens cardiovascular
endurance. Adult class students learn an array of movements, concepts, and
philosophies of Capoeira, both simple and challenging.
Capoeira’s history,
culture, and music are taught during every class and students are given an
opportunity to play the game of Capoeira at the end of each training session.
